Médiamétrie / NetRatings has released its latest figures relating to property portals in France. These figures were releases at the FF2I forum and reported in ImmoMartin. They are based on a panel of 22,000 French internet users.
The following statistics were for March 2014.
There were 13.4 million visitors to French property portals. This was down from 14.3 million in March 2013.
Daily unique visitors to French property portals was 1.8 million compared to 2m for the same period in 2013.
The average time spent each day on French property portals was 15 minutes, 31 seconds, an increase of around 3 minutes compared to March 2013.
29% percent of French people visited a property portal in March, making France the second highest of the eight countries measured by Nielsen – after the United States but ahead of Germany and the UK.
Of those visiting property portals from a mobile device, 54.2% were women and 45.8% men.
37.4% of mobile users are between 35 and 49 years old.
